General Liability Insurance
The foundation of most commercial insurance programs, and often the first thing a landlord, client, or contract requires proof of. We write general liability policies for businesses throughout Williamson, Travis, and Burnet counties.
General liability at a glance
- Bodily injury & property damage
- Products & completed operations
- Personal & advertising injury
- Legal defense costs
No spam, no obligation — a licensed Texas agent follows up directly.
Core protection for third-party claims
General liability responds to claims from outside your business — customers, vendors, and the public.
Bodily Injury & Property Damage
Coverage if your business is responsible for injuring someone or damaging their property.
Products & Completed Operations
Protection for claims arising after a job is finished or a product has left your hands.
Personal & Advertising Injury
Coverage for claims like libel, slander, or copyright infringement in advertising.
Medical Payments
Small medical bills for a third party injured on your premises, regardless of fault.
Legal Defense
Defense costs for a covered claim, even if it's ultimately without merit.
Specialty & Hard-to-Place Risks
Coverage for contractors, restaurants, and other higher-exposure trades that not every carrier will write.
Coverage shopped across carriers that actually write your industry
Independent, not captive
We shop your risk across multiple commercial carriers instead of steering you toward one company's appetite.
We know hard-to-place accounts
Contractors, restaurants, manufacturers, and other specialty risks are markets we work in regularly, not occasionally.
One point of contact
Certificates of insurance, renewals, and midterm changes go through your agent directly, not a support queue.
Coverage for the businesses that make up Central Texas
We write general liability for contractors, restaurants, manufacturers, law offices, engineering firms, and medical facilities throughout Liberty Hill, Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Burnet, and the rest of the Central Texas Hill Country. If your certificate of insurance requirements come from a general contractor, landlord, or client, we know what those typically look for.
General liability questions
What's a certificate of insurance and how fast can I get one?
A COI is proof of your coverage, often required by a landlord or general contractor before you can start work. Once your policy is in place, we can typically turn around a COI same-day.
Does general liability cover my employees' work?
General liability covers third-party bodily injury and property damage claims arising from your operations, but it doesn't cover your own employees' injuries — that's what workers' compensation is for.
What's the difference between general liability and errors & omissions?
General liability covers physical injury and property damage claims. Errors & omissions (professional liability) covers claims that your advice, service, or work itself was negligent or deficient — a different exposure entirely.
What's the difference between per-occurrence and aggregate limits?
Per-occurrence is the most a policy pays for a single claim; aggregate is the total it pays across all claims in a policy period. We'll make sure your limits make sense for your contract requirements.
